Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement

By downloading and reviewing the Gold Mountain Bitcoin pitch deck and related materials (the "Confidential Information"), you agree to: (1) maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, business models, financial data, and intellectual property disclosed herein; (2) use such information solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment opportunity; (3) not disclose, share, or distribute any Confidential Information to third parties without express written consent; (4) refrain from directly or indirectly competing with, investing in direct competitors of, or soliciting employees from the Company for a period of two (2) years from the date of this agreement; and (5) return or destroy all materials upon request or if investment discussions are terminated. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, and any breach may result in irreparable harm warranting injunctive relief and monetary damages. The investor acknowledges that no representations or warranties are made regarding the accuracy of the information provided, and that this review does not constitute an offer to sell securities.
